This $500 No-Frustration Guarantee is provided by Snyder CO, Inc., (“SHA”) to you, the original consumer  purchaser (“Owner”). If the HVAC system that SHA provides to your home fails to provide heating or cooling within one year from the date of installation, SHA will service your system within 24 hours of your notifying us or we will  pay you $500 for your inconvenience, subject only to the terms and conditions contained in this document.

How To File a Claim 

This No-Frustration Guarantee is a one-year performance promise by SHA that if our equipment does not provide heat and/or  cooling to your home during the twelve-month period following installation SHA will service your system within 24 hours of your notifying us or we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience. If you believe that you have a claim under this No Frustration Guarantee, then simply contact SHA at (904) 641-0600 with a brief explanation of the stated claim or concerns.  We may request a copy of this No-Frustration Guarantee and a copy of your sales agreement or purchase order with SHA.  SHA will then schedule an appointment to inspect the premises and the claim within a reasonable period of time after having  received the claim. If after inspection, SHA determines that a valid claim exists under this Guarantee, SHA will promptly  issue you payment for $500. This No-Frustration Guarantee is not valid unless and until the Owner has made full payment  under the original SHA sales agreement and all addenda thereto. Non-warranty calls for repair or adjustment may result in a  service charge.

What Is Not Covered 

This No-Frustration Guarantee is granted by SHA to the Owner only and only materials purchased from and installed by  SHA are covered by this No-Frustration Guarantee. All warranties terminate immediately upon the transfer of home  ownership. This No-Frustration Guarantee assumes normal and reasonable use of SHA-installed products or components as  designed for the intended purpose conveyed to SHA from Owner. This No-Frustration Guarantee does not cover any other  use, damage, workmanship, or material failure beyond the control of SHA including, but not limited to, damage caused by  occurrences, such as settlement of the building, failure of the structure (including foundations and walls), use of incompatible  accessories, removal, repair, or re-installation of any SHA-installed products or components by other than SHA, normal  weathering, corrosive effects of salt air and chemical pollutants, normal fading, deterioration of caulking compounds, fire,  flood, lightning, high winds, windblown objects, earthquake, hurricanes, atmospheric conditions or weather of catastrophic  nature as defined by the US Weather Bureau, other acts of God, intentional acts, delays due to your failure to provide SHA with prompt reasonable access to the premises, including access to electrical outlets as may be required, unreasonable use,  rescheduling of service dates by you, vandalism or pollution. This No-Frustration also will not apply to damages resulting  from the failure to provide maintenance, including failure to clean the product or maintain the product as reasonably  necessary.

What Voids This No-Frustration Guarantee 

Installation, removal, repair, adjustment, tampering or re-installation of any SHA products or components by other than SHA voids this No-Frustration and warranties within this document, and SHA expressly disclaims any liability for any costs,  defects, or damages with respect to such actions.
